Government of Sindh Planning & Development Department Jobs 2025 – Multiple Vacancies

The Planning & Development Department (P&DD) of the Government of Sindh has announced new job opportunities on a contract basis for talented and qualified individuals. The department focuses on policy making, planning, development, coordination with donors and ministries, and managing development schemes across the province. This recruitment aims to strengthen its Centralized Data Repository through hiring skilled IT and development professionals.

Applications are invited from candidates holding domicile of Sindh province, with qualifications from HEC-recognized institutions. These positions are initially for one year, extendable on the basis of performance and departmental needs, offering market competitive salaries.

🔹 Available Positions & Requirements

• Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET) – 01 Post
  Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering / IT with minimum CGPA 3.0.
  Experience: At least 8 years in software development; expertise in C#, XML, JSON, SQL, HTML, CSS, database management (MySQL, SQL Server 2019/2022), and microservices architecture.
  Age: Not exceeding 40 years.
• Full Stack Developer (.NET) – 01 Post
  Qualification: Bachelor's in relevant field with CGPA 3.0+.
  Experience: At least 5 years in software development, with skills in .NET Core, C#, MVC, Python, Angular, React, REST APIs, and database systems.
  Age: Not exceeding 40 years.
• UI/UX Developer – 01 Post
  Qualification: Bachelor's in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT with CGPA 3.0+.
  Experience: At least 5 years (minimum 3 years in front-end development, UI/UX design). Skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, responsive design, and version control (Git).
  Age: Not exceeding 35 years.
• Data Scientist / Solution Analyst – 01 Post
  Qualification: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or Computer Engineering with CGPA 3.0+.
  Experience: 5 years (minimum 3 years as data scientist/solution analyst). Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, machine learning tools, data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), big data (Hadoop, Spark).
  Age: Not exceeding 35 years.
• Mobile Developer (Android & iOS) – 01 Post
  Qualification: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field with CGPA 3.0+.
  Experience: 5 years; skills in cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native), Kotlin, Swift, API integration, Android Studio, Xcode, backend frameworks, and mobile app deployment.
  Age: Not exceeding 35 years.
• .NET Developer – 01 Post
  Qualification: Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Engineering / IT with CGPA 3.0+.
  Experience: At least 3 years in .NET development; skills in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, frontend basics, database knowledge, and RESTful APIs.
  Age: Not exceeding 35 years.
