Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for multiple job positions. These appointments will be made purely on merit and suitability. The available positions are offered on a 3-year contract basis (extendable).

Available Positions:

• Flight Inspector Pilot (EG-08) – 03 Posts
• Deputy Director Coordination & Support (EG-03) – 02 Posts
• Sr. Joint Director IT (EG-06) – 01 Post
• Sr. Joint Director Admin (EG-06) – 01 Post
• Sr. Joint Director AAR (Ground Handling) (EG-06) – 02 Posts

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

• For Flight Inspector Pilot: ATPL holder with valid type rating, minimum 5000 flying hours, experience as Pilot in Command, and safety/operational oversight background.
  Age Limit: Maximum 66 years
• For Deputy Director Coordination & Support: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration / Aviation Management with minimum 6 years’ experience in Govt. or Semi-Govt. organization.
  Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
• For Sr. Joint Director IT: Master’s in Computer Science/Software Engineering/MIS/IT with 12 years of IT management experience.
  Age Limit: Maximum 52 years
• For Sr. Joint Director Admin: Master’s in Public Administration or related field with 12 years of relevant administrative experience.
  Age Limit: Maximum 52 years
• For Sr. Joint Director AAR (Ground Handling): Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, PEC Registration, 12 years of experience in Ground Handling, E/M equipment operation.

Salary Package:

• Flight Inspector Pilot: Rs. 1,373,230/- per month (inclusive of allowances)
• Deputy Director Coordination & Support: Rs. 250,927/- per month
• Sr. Joint Director IT: Rs. 406,725/- per month
• Sr. Joint Director Admin: Rs. 406,725/- per month
• Sr. Joint Director AAR (Ground Handling): Rs. 406,725/- per month
